Roswell in L.A. at the UFO CAFE 7-07-07

(PRWEB) July 6, 2007 -- In a companion effort to celebrate Roswell's 60th anniversary, a mini- Roswell celebration will be held in Los Angeles, California on July 7, 07 at 7pm at the "Alien Secret" premiere party held at the UFO CAFE (www.ufocafe.com). In a special engagement celebrating the 60th Anniversary of a UFO crashing in Roswell, the Allen Theatre presents one of the most entertaining and informative films ever done on the subject of UFO's and Alien/Human Hybrids. The Galactic Premiere will be held at the Galaxy 8, in Roswell, New Mexico. Showings at midnight on July 6th , with special premier screenings on Saturday July 7th.

The festivities will celebrate the release of the award winning film "Alien Secrets" "The Spinal Tap of UFO's with a touch of truth" (www.aliensecretsmovie.com)

Jennifer's Coffee Connection in Studio City , CA will be hosting THE UFO CAFE where UFO aficionados, experts, investigators and UFO artist not attending the festivities in Roswell, New Mexico; will gather in an ambiance of space music and intergalactic costumes . The event will be watched live, world wide, on the internet; Saturday 07-07-07 at 7 P.M. Viewers can log onto www.ufocafe.com at 6 P.M. for a pre recorded interview with the stars and producers, then at 7 P.M. live on both ufocafe.com and www.aliensecrets.com, with a featured feed live on http://www.stickam.com at 9 P.M. Subsequently, the film will be airing July 10th on Time Warner, Comcast and Satellite channels as part of Warner Home Entertainment's summer Sci - Fi PPV Movies on Demand .

New Mexico #1
Heading through the 13,000-foot peaks of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, this 58-mile trek is the most scenic route between Santa Fe and Taos. Set off from Espanola on U.S. 84, picking up Rte. 76 to Chimayo. Sights here include the fortified Plaza del Cerro, a remnant from the Spanish Colonial times, as well as the Santaurio de Chimayo, which draws the faithful from around the region for its sacred dirt believed to impart cures.

On this drive you are sure to see many cowboys doing what cowboys have been doing for many years. To get started, head south on U.S. 56 out of Great Bend to Dodge City. You should take time to check out the Santa Fe Trail Center and Fort Larned National Historic Site in Larned. The Fort was established in 1859 for troops policing the Santa Fe Trail. Among those finding shelter at Fort Larned was Indian fighter Lt. Col. George Armstrong Custer.

Continuing on the drive from Espanola to Taos, this route takes you from the hustle and bustle of Taos into high, remote forests, lakes, valleys and Wild West towns. The four-to five-hour loop circles the 13,161-foot Wheeler Peak, the state's highest mountain, as well as some outstanding ski areas. Heading east from Taos on U.S. 64, the road climbs through Taos canyon's evergreen forests and past several campgrounds and picnic spots. After winding through the Carson National Forest, it ascends over a 9,101-foot pass and heads back down to grasslands and the ski town of Angel Fire.
